SERVICES OFFERED

We offer counselling for individual adults and couples, as well as specialist support for issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Sessions can take place in person, online, or by phone, depending on what works best for you. Every journey is unique - together, we will explore what feels right for you and at your own pace.

MEET THE TEAM

Our counsellors come from a range of backgrounds and approaches, but all share the same commitment to providing compassionate, ethical, and professional care. Each member of our team is trained and experienced in supporting people through life’s challenges - helping you to find strength, clarity, and hope.

HOW TO GET SUPPORT

Taking the first step can feel daunting, but you don’t have to do it alone. You can get in touch directly or complete the Contact Us box below and a member of our team will call you back. We will listen, talk you through the options, and help you find the right kind of support. Our sessions are held in a calm and private setting, and we will make sure you feel comfortable and respected from the start.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Once you make contact, we will arrange an initial assessment appointment. This is a chance to talk through what has been happening for you and what has brought you to counselling. During this conversation, we will discuss what kind of support might be most helpful and agree on the next steps together. If counselling feels right for you, you will then be booked in for regular sessions at a time to suit you. These will usually be at the same day and time each week, and no less than bi-weekly. Prices and any funding options will be discussed before your initial assessment and will be detailed in a welcome letter, so it is clear from the beginning.
